Office Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Assistant’s primary role will be to take calls from customers and deliver the messages efficiently, shipping and receiving, as well as provide ongoing support to the office staff. Additionally, the candidate will manage supply inventory, organize travel arrangements, and perform data entry as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and anticipates supply needs
- Provide office communication by fielding calls, answering calls, forwarding messages
- Maintain professional relationship with all office personnel
- Receive incoming packages from Vendors and maintain proper documentation and placement in warehouse
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Responsible for cleaning, maintenance and organization the office space
- Administration and support of field technicians travel arrangements and time card oversight
- Perform other duties as directed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High School Diploma
- MUST be local to Oklahoma City area and have the ability to minimally travel to Tulsa 1-2x per month, travel will be reimbursed
- Displays professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when interacting with customers and staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential function of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk and hear. Ability to lift and carry 15 lbs. on a regular basis is required (added 30-40 Lbs).
