POSITION SUMMARY:

Primary Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Leader to join our pre-sales team and support our sales efforts in the healthcare industry. This individual will play a pivotal role in assisting the sales team by providing expertise in clinical solutions, offering clinical workflow consulting, and ensuring that our products align with the specific needs of our clients in the healthcare sector.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Sales Presentations: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Utilize your nursing expertise to effectively communicate the clinical benefits and advantages of our products and solutions.
  • Identify Clinical Solutions: Work closely with the sales team to identify and understand the unique clinical challenges and requirements of potential clients. Use your clinical knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions that address these challenges and meet the needs of healthcare organizations.
  • Clinical Workflow Consulting: Provide consulting services to clients on optimizing clinical workflows and processes. Analyze existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that streamline operations and enhance patient care.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and solutions, including their clinical applications and functionalities. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including nursing leaders, clinicians, and healthcare executives. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations based on your clinical expertise and knowledge of their specific needs.
  • Collaboration with Product Development: Act as a liaison between the sales team and the Clinical Application Specialist team. Provide feedback from clients and market insights to inform product enhancements and new product development initiatives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s degree in nursing or clinical informatics preferred)
  • Active nursing license
  • Minimum of [5] years of experience working in a managerial or clinical informatics role
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 30% of each month
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical solutions and healthcare technology
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven recommendations
  • Experience in clinical sales or training preferred but not required
