Healthcare Sales Representative 


                                             Sales Rep, Hospital Accounts

The Hospital Sales Representative’s primary function is the value-based marketing and sales of advanced communications and work flow solutions to assigned premier healthcare providers and major IDN’s in the St. Louis region. Our goal is to deliver solutions that impact clinical efficiencies for improved outcomes and patient satisfaction. 


  • Aggressively pursue, establish and build relationships with assigned accounts, leveraging existing solutions and contacts. 
  • Articulate and position Primary Systems solutions and services to key decision makers at all levels and across the organization. 
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, engaging company resources as needed. 
  • Sustain sales activities: appointments, product demonstrations, proposals, cultivating new business and database updates. 
  • Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit expectations and other sales goals as identified. 
  • Develop and maintain a sales funnel that will ensure meeting sales goals. 
  • Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy for each account. 
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or related experience. 
  • Experience: Typically five or more years of successful end user business-to-business sales experience. Hospital and healthcare experience preferred, particularly capital medical sales. 
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales based on value rather than price. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
